ABOUT PATIENTS ASSOCIATION OF KENYA
There can be no substitute for using ‘the voice of the customer’ to better understand and develop meaningful value propositions in service delivery, therefore, in 2015 a group of patients reached a consensus to form an association that would work in tandem with National, County, and Non-Governmental healthcare institutions with an aim of enhancing the provision of health services in Kenya. Patient Association of Kenya (PAK) was birthed with the aim of primarily contributing to the improvement of quality healthcare provision that will lead to real, effective change in Kenya.

PAKs aim is to achieve its objectives by becoming the link between healthcare stakeholders and patients. This shall be possible by pooling together the expertise of skilled administration operatives and medical practitioners in its managementIn extension, PAK embraces collaboration with the Ministry of Health (Kenya) as well as other global associations such as British Patients Association, Irish Patient Association, Canadian Patients Association, Australian Patients Association, Russian Patients Association, Patients Association of Scotland. These associations have long-term tested experience and have already expressed interest in working together with PAK.
